Returns are accepted within 14 days of Receiving for unused goods with original packaging. Final sale exclusions include personalized, home fragrance, and clearance items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@otantik-usa.com. Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the order’s ship date and must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Yes. For returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label, and the cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund. In addition, a 10% restocking fee applies to most returned items, and a 25% restocking fee applies to Chafing Dishes due to special handling requirements.

For exchanges, we make it easier: you’ll only cover the cost of returning the original item, and we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement — with no restocking fee applied on exchanges.

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
