Shipping policy

  • Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Delivery estimates are displayed on all product pages and at checkout.
  • Once your package has left our facility, we are not responsible for delays in delivery or packages that are lost or stolen.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Orders must be shipped to a physical address.
  • Weโ€™ll send an email with tracking information once your order is on its way! Please note that it can take up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
  • Your package will be delivered to the shipping address you provide during checkout. We are unable to change the delivery address or reroute packages once theyโ€™ve left our facility.
  • All outbound shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
